Bernie and Shelley strongly believe that hands-on is the best approach to helping you get the most out of your sewing machine.  In Top Stitchers club you will learn about needles, threads, tension, sewing machine accessories, presser feet and a wide variety of techniques.  Shelley designs each years' project with maximum learning in mind.  This year you will create a lovely Autumn Splendour Shoulder bag.  Techniques include decorative machine stitching, couching, beading by machine, top-stsitching, pin-tucking, prairie points, super easy zipper insertion and more.  You will receive notes with step by step instructions and photos to help you along the way.  During class Shelley will guide you step by step through the techniques and Bernie will be there to help you with your sewing machine giving you technical hints and tips to enhance you sewing experience.  Join us and learn what you sewing machine and presser feet can do for you!

First day is orientation including demos on fabric preparation and sewing machine essentials.  At the end of the class Shelley will be available to help you select your fabrics.  All you need for the first day is a notebook, pencil and pen for note taking and your beautiful smile!
