Periwinkle's Block of the Month ProgramWhat is a BOM: 'Block of the Month'?In general, 'Block of the Month' (BOM) programs are kits for a project that are purchased on a block by block basis. There are different details for every Block of the Month project, such as how many months it runs, how much it costs, whether sign-up is required, and so on. |
